In the latest development blog from the SWTOR team, they take a look at the technical changes coming in the v1.5 update. There are a series of comparison screenshots to show the graphic enhancements but you do have to look pretty closely to see the changes. They are subtle improvements such as translucency on foliage.

While the game was released in Japan in June, no announcement has been made for the North American release of the RPG.
