TERA’s Free to Play Begins on February 5

Both European and North America TERA servers will officially make the switch to Free-to-Play on February 5. For both regions, there will be different levels of game such as Free User for players who choose not to subscribe, Veteran status for players who choose to subscribe for a monthly fee.

Included in the Free-to-Play update is additional content for players to explore. This includes the Crucible of Flame dungeon where players can fight against Cyclops and other fierce bosses. However, it is not any ordinary dungeon as players are judged and scored according how well they play. The better a player performs, the better the rewrd. Additionally, there will be 3v3 player battles in the Champions’ Skyring where players can test their teamwork and tactics.
