Skyrim: Dragonborn has now been officially revealed as the next DLC for the game. So far it has only been announced for the 360 priced at 1600 MS points and will be released on 4 December.

With Runic Games releasing free DLC for Torchlight 2 and the game being moddable, it makes perfect sense for the Steam Workshop to support TL2.
